Our industry-leading, high-speed industrial robots include high-payload, extended-reach, ultra-maneuverable seven-axis and unique 15-axis dual-arm robots.
The ArcWorld family is designed for quick start-up, limited floor space, high productivity over time, and a low investment cost. This delivers better production economy and increased competitiveness.
Flexible over time
ArcWorld offers you quick changeover times in production and can produce small, medium, or large sized series.
With its platform design, integrated wheels, and forklift pockets, an ArcWorld is easy to relocate from one place to another within your facility. Giving the option of flexibility, while maintaining optimal efficiency depending on your needs
ArcWorld offers many benefits
ArcWorld is a successful series of affordable CE-marked robot stations for arc welding. It comes with either one or two robots and has a well thought out selection of suitable options. Everything is designed for quick installation and commissioning and trouble-free operation.
- Fast commissioning
- Small footprint
- Easy to relocate
- Built-in fume extraction
- Access with overhead crane
Large objects? No problem!
Being designed for a limited floor space does not mean that ArcWorld is only suited for small objects.
The clever design of the curved front doors, access via an overhead crane, and the vertical station changing of the positioner means that very large objects can also be welded.
Not just designed for the robots
Robotic welding with ArcWorld allows you to manage varying volumes with better quality and higher delivery precision.
But ArcWorld is not just designed for the robots! They are designed with a strong emphasis on ergonomics during loading and unloading and bright lights over the fixture area. An overhead crane can also be used for lifting heavy material. Slip free floor and LED lights inside are few of the many other user-friendly features.
Offline programming – digital twin
Programming and simulation, with cycle time and layout optimisation, is all done in the digital twin. This can then be smoothly transferred to the real robot cell without losing valuable production time in the physical system.
ArcWorld CS
With a bright and clean operating area for the operator with LED lights above and inside.
Here you will find all the material close to hand for loading and unloading the fixture. You also have the option of using overhead cranes.
ArcWorld RS & HS
Complete with robot and controller on a limited floor space. Equipped with a revolving door and table ArcWorld RS is designed to make the transition from manual to robotic welding easy.
ArcWorld HS is ideal for training and vocational education. When equipped with a rotating fixture disc this works for welding setup as well.
