MOTOMAN HD7 wins Red Dot for high design quality
YASKAWA Europe GmbH has been successful in the "Red Dot Award: Product Design 2024". The international jury has awarded the MOTOMAN HD7, a specially developed high-performance robot for hygienic and cleanroom environments, the distinction "Red Dot", which stands for high design quality.
With its modern design, the HD series meets the strict standards for applications in the food, life sciences, laboratory automation, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. These robotic models are ideal for wet lab and cleanroom environments, are easy-to-clean and resistant to common disinfectant cleaners and processes.
"In search of good design" - the Red Dot Design Award is one of the largest design competitions in the world. The Red Dot Label has become established internationally as one of the most sought-after marks of quality for good design. We are therefore even more delighted that our MOTOMAN HD7 has been honored with the "Red Dot Award: Product Design 2024". Among the numerous submissions from companies and design studios from all over the world, the outstanding quality and design of the HD7 convinced the jury, consisting of around forty international experts.
On June 24, 2024, the winners can look forward to a glittering evening at the "Aalto Theater" in Essen. The award ceremony will be accompanied by a varied stage program. The "Designer's Night" will transform the evening at the Red Dot Design Museum into a festive event. It also marks the start of the exhibition opening.
