The Weld4Me CE cell is an easy-to-use, collaborative robot-based arc welding station. It offers top performance for small welding plants with small batch sizes and high variant diversity.

This cell enables consistently high quality robotic welding in a production process while being easy to install.

You are able to increase your productivity in combination that the high requirements for welding seams can be fulfilled.

Small footprint enables a high flexibility and is a great supplement to manual welding stations.

The modular welding station is supplied with a CE declaration of conformity and including risk analysis, which makes the operation of the collaborative robot welding station safe.

Pre-defines safety setting with integrated safety features such as a force-torque sensor on all 6 axes of the robot or the pushback function prevent crushing and ensure maximum operator safety.
