INTEGRATED TOOL CHANGING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED SURFACE TREATMENT 

The AAK 505/605 and AAK 515 Tool Changer product family is a precisely coordinated system package based on Active Compliant Technology (ACT). Available in 3 different power versions, with a fully integrated servo motor providing the powerful drive. The patented ACT ensures the correct contact force directly on the surface and automates industrial surface finishing with individual control of all process parameters: rotation speed, contact force and feed rate. The enormously durable end-effector is compact, light and designed for industrial use. It delivers twice the output of standard devices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It requires little maintenance and is universally compatible with many abrasives.
