If you do not currently find a position that matches your interests and qualifications, you can submit an open application. We will contact you as soon as a position in your desired area becomes open. Please specify the areas that interest you most.  

All that is required is your consent to be included in our talent pool. You will then receive an email from our recruiting team.

After a technically successful receipt of your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. In the following days, you will receive individual feedback from our recruiting department. You will be invited to a digital interview via MS Teams or a short phone call, if we want to the opportunity to speak with you further.

This is a first meeting to get to know each other. Questions will be asked about your career, motivation for applying to us, and a bit about yourself from a professional context, among other things. Professional questions and any open issues should also be clarified. You will also be asked to give feedback on the interview during the following 1–2 days by phone or email. We will also want to know if you are still interested in the position.

Before booking accommodation, please contact our recruiting team and confirm the total cost of accommodation. Travel costs will be reimbursed at 30 cents/km for a round trip by car. For this purpose, you will be asked to fill out a form with your bank details and submit it to us after the personal interview. If you plan to travel by Deutsche Bahn, we will cover a 2nd class ticket price. All original receipts are required for this. Please submit them to our recruiting team.

Other stakeholders may also be invited to the second interview, giving you the opportunity to get to know potential team colleagues. The interview will then be conducted at a professionally deeper level, where you will also have the opportunity to better understand the content of the tasks and the processes and structures behind them.

Alternatively, you will be asked to work on a task at home. You will receive all the necessary information from our recruiting team in good time. Our goal is to provide you with sufficient insight and information to give you a solid basis for your decision-making process.

If we mutually find the personal interview leads to a positive result, the next and final step will be a compensation offer from our side.
