YASKAWA at Intertool 2018 (15–18.05.2018, Vienna Trade Fair)
27. avril 2018
These hybrid robots can be used either as normal industrial robots or as collaborative robots. Equipped with a HRC gripper and an automatic screw driving unit in HRC design, they will assemble bottle openers in a new show cell as hand-outs to visitors to the stand. The system is controlled by a Yaskawa Vipa touch panel and is equipped with special, new safety foot mats. HC stands for “Human Collaborative” (human-robot-collaboration, HRC). The required safety in direct contact with the operator is guaranteed in the HC10 by sophisticated 6-fold force and torque monitoring.
The compact and extremely fast handling robot of the GP series was developed for high-speed joining, packaging and general handing applications. With payloads of 7, 8, 12 and 25 kg the new 6-axis robots are the fastest in their class, and thus true productivity drivers. At Intertool Yaskawa will also be showcasing further current solutions for robot-based welding and handling.
