YASKAWA successfully took part in the “Success Factor Family” competition.
YASKAWA advocates for family friendliness in the workplace.
With the “Success factor family” (“Erfolgsfaktor Familie”) programme, the German Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, the top industrial organisations in Germany – the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA), the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), and the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) – and the German Federation of Trade Unions are lobbying to make family friendliness a trademark of German industry.
The “Success factor family” network office is currently celebrating its five-year anniversary. As a part of the programme of the same name, the “Success factor family” network was established in the fall of 2006 as part of a combined initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Family Affairs and the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce. It is the largest platform in Germany for those who are interested in and involved with the topic of work-family balance.
As a future-oriented global player, YASKAWA believes in the synergy effect of work-family balance. According to YASKAWA’s company philosophy, family-friendly labour conditions create a win-win-win situation.
Mothers and fathers have more time for their families. Companies become more attractive as employers and society is better equipped for the future and enjoys increased sustainability.
