Virtual teach pendant

Software Pendant is a Windows-based solution which displays the teach pendant on the PC, thus eliminating the need for a robot system to use a physical teach pendant. The robot is programmed using the usual "teach-in" process the same way it would be using a teach pendant.

This especially reduces the number of components in systems in which a Windows PC is already operating. Programming is easy, particularly when using a PC with a touchscreen. This gives the system manufacturer the option to display operation of the process machine and the robot on a station.

FDDWin32

The FDDWIN32 communications software is used to store and manage the robot program and system data (robot, I/O, controller) on a PC.

The software eliminates the need to use the controller's floppy disk drive and instead uses the computer for manual backup, download and storage of files, etc. This is an economical solution for increased storage capacity and for retrieval of data and, if necessary, provides the option for fast and easy backup.

MotoAdmin

MotoAdmin is a cost-effective software solution that allows you to control the robot remotely from a PC in order to carry out tasks such as diagnosing faults.

Data can also be managed from a remote site using MotoAdmin. The connection to the robot controller can be serial or over TCP/IP Ethernet.

  • File access, i.e. loading, saving and deleting job files

JobExchanger32 is a user-friendly communication software for storing and managing robot controller files on a PC using drag-and-drop functionality.

This eliminates the need to use the controller's floppy disk drive and instead uses the computer for manual storage and retrieval of files, etc.

MotoDCI32/MotoJob32

Software for external storage of robot jobs.

The MotoDCI32/MotoJob32 software tools are used to store robot jobs externally on a PC. This expands the available storage space. The jobs stored on the PC are loaded into the robot controller when requested (Data Communication by Instruction, abbreviated as DCI) and can then be executed.

Using MotoDCI32, the request is made by entering the job name. When using MotoJob32, the request is made by providing an access number, which makes it necessary to pre-register jobs.
