Presenting the completely new developed I/O system SLIO®, VIPA once again sets new standards in the automation industry. By means of the modular and extremely compact SLIO the realization of almost every automated solution will from now on be simpler and especially more economical.

SLIO can be combined and applied with each of the established VIPA systems 100V, 200V, 300S, 500S.

100V - The compact control system

100V with its compact micro design is programmable with WinPLC7 and/or STEP7 from Siemens. Its high performance is based on the S7 300 instruction set.

100V offers in addition to its tremendous versatility in use, a nearly unlimited flexibility and high efficiency.

Our Micro PLCs are especially suitable for use in smaller and cost-conscious applications, as the CPUs and fieldbus modules are efficiently expandable up to 160 I/O points by plugging in expansion modules.

200V - The modular control system

200V is a modular control system for centralized and decentralized applications, programmable with WinPLC7 and/or STEP7 from Siemens. Its compactness in combination with the instruction set of the 300S make it a very efficient system. With a variety of communication and fieldbus modules available, it can be used also for complex system topologies and is in use in thousands of applications worldwide.

The sophisticated module concept enables the customized deployment in nearly every application up to the middle power range.

300S - The high-speed control system

300S, powered by SPEED7 makes this system one of the fastest and most efficient, µC based systems worldwide, programmable with WinPLC7 and/or STEP7 from Siemens.

The CPUs with SPEED7 technology convince our customers not only with their outstanding speed. Reaction and signal processing time can be increased if necessary with the ideal SPEEDbus from VIPA.

The unique MemoryManagement (memory expansion concept) from VIPA enables the memory adaption by simple change of the MicroMemoryCard without replacing the CPU. Our worldwide recognized AdvancedKnowHow-Protect is available to protect your know how. The attractive range of integrated communication interfaces like Ethernet ensures you comfort and flexibility.

Especially advantageous: The operation of our 300S CPUs is possible without  an additional memory card. If required the integrated work memory can be expanded individually up to 8MByte with the VIPA MCC – MemoryConfigurationCard – depending on the CPU type. The 300S-CPU grows with your programming. All 300S CPUs are standardly equipped with Ethernet for PG/OP communication.

Our 300S COMPACT CPUs with integrated SPEED7 technology and I/O periphery are especially suitable for cost sensitive applications. Our 300S is suitable for nearly every demanding applications with its high-speed performance, the scalable memory and the outstanding communication possibilities.

500S - The PC control system

500S, powered by "SPEED7, is one of the fastest control systems worldwide programmable with STEP7 from Siemens. The integrated work memory of our 500S CPU with its outstanding MemoryManagement (memory expansion concept) can be expanded up to 8MByte if required.

Our 500S CPU has been designed for operation in a PC slot with PCI interface. An OPC server for communication between CPU and PC is included in the scope of delivery. Peripherals are connected by the integrated Profibus-DP master interface.

The 500S CPU is equipped with an Ethernet interface for PG/OP communication. The CPU 517S/NET was extended by a very fast Ethernet CP for communication via network. Our SPEED7 High-speed performance and the scalable memory makes this system ideal for complex control tasks.
